I've brewed this beer many times and it has placed in every competition I have entered it in. I brew this beer twice a year because it doesn't stick around very long, it is a favorite around my house.

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash in at 155 for 60 minute, raise to 168 for mashout

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Keep an eye on fermentation and don't let it drop too low, the higher gravity finish gives this beer body and the slightly higher IBU's help back it up.
