No blood spilt this time through (or lost fingers), this is an updated batch based off remnant notes from the first time through. Plenty of bright American hop character with the zest of orange and tangerine to boost the citrus tone.

Mashing Instructions: 

Mix with 170F water and steep for 60 minutes

Strain and rinse

Hops: 

1 oz Centennial (9.2%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
1.0 oz Cascade (6%) - added during boil, boiled 5 min
1 oz Citra (13.4%) - added during boil, boiled 0.0 min

Extra Ingredients: 

1 medium orange, zested - no pith
1 small tangerine, zested - no pith
