Rocky and I have emptied our sour barrel and now have about 18 gallons of it. Seeing as we have so much of it we thought it would be fun to do a blend, using this beer as a base. I would like to invite any brewers with sour, funky, or unusual beers to participate. I would like to end up with 5 gallons of finished blend so we have enough to age and share. Please comment on this post if you are interested in participating. The way I see it, we should all meet up some where with at least a 22oz sample and go from there.

I have a couple beers in my cellar for this project...
1) 3 yr old Peache Lambic
2) 19 month old Straight Lambic
3) 13 month old Grape (Wine) blended Lambic - great tartness
4) 9 month old blended lambic (three in one project)
and a couple more random hoppy/lactic/all-bretta funky fun beers i been playing with...
Sounding pretty good. I'll be getting in touch with Mike Summers and John H soon to get a date setup. Are they all in kegs?
Another Idea I had was that we could do a couple of blends. At least one per person to take home and celler, i.e. the izzy blend, the john blend, etc
