60 minutes 152 degrees
10 minutes 168 degrees
16 oz 14% AA Magnum 60 minutes
Slurry from bottom of Westveteren 8 bottle grown up to slurry from 15 gallon batch.
Start inverting sugar right away. Afterwards, bring sugar and water to boil and boil down to thick dark syrup over course of 4 hours. Take first runnings of wort and boil to dark caramel. Add both back to main boil at 60 minute mark.
