15.0 lbs Weyermann Pilsner Malt
3.5 lbs Briess Rye Malt American
3.5 lbs Gambrinus Wheat Malt
3.5 lbs Dingeman's Special B Malt
3.5 lbs Gambrinus Honey Malt

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash in at 155F for 90 minutes

Hops: 

1.50 oz Willamette Pellet 5.4% AA 60 minutes
1.25 oz Willamette Pellet 5.4% AA 20 minutes

Extra Ingredients: 

Irish Moss

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Was done as a concentrated boil. 12 gallons were cooled from the boiler and then diluted to a total of 15.
Yeast was started from a batch of Octoberfest by Kevin.
