This is from Jim T Beal, the same state rep who keeps trying to pass huge alcohol tax increases. Write your rep and say no to the bill. Why?

Because it wants to make a crime out of any malt beverage with caffiene. While it's obvious that this is mostly targetting the alcoholic energy drink market, it will also adversely affect all of those wonderful coffee beers that our craft brewers make. Just imagine if you can a world with no Speedway Stout. It's not very hard, but it's damn horrifying!
