Here is a story about Monster energy drink trying to move in on a small brewer in Vermont. He needs some help to get the word out.

Not that I tend to drink a number of energy drinks, but damned if I don't like Hansen's Ginger Ale. Oh well, no more of that for me.
It seems like what triggered Monster's action was Rock Art's filing for a national trademark on "Vermonster Beer". Hansen's is supposedly working with them to find some sort of amicable solution, but we'll see how well that works!
