Brew-B-Q (and sizzle reel competition!)

Pool + bar-b-q + potential TV show sizzle reel = damn good party! And I can't forget to mention the spectacular view! Please join us for a day full of fun & be part of what could be the next kick ass brewing show. We will be lighting the burners promptly at 9am so the 3 contestants & camera crew can start filming the brewing process.

The pool party and bbq will likely get going closer to noon. There will be plenty of food (Taco bar!) - please BYOB :) And of course, bring your trunks/sunning gear and a towel.

The Show:
The goal is to create a "competition style" brew-off (all of which will be staged and edited down to about 5 minutes). Think Top Chef but for beer - Top Brewer! The 3 contestants + their brew crew: myself, Eric Sadlo & ?? - still need one more! If you are interested in being a brewer, please email or text me asap so we can get you all set up with the details/prep info.
Each of the 3 brewing teams will brew a different type of beer that pairs well with a food product. Examples: spicy Italian Sausage/double IPA, Chocolate cake/stout, well-seasoned turkey leg/saison. Ingredient shopping & all prep work will of course be done before hand so everyone can enjoy the day up in the Highlands. The judging will occur at a later date once the brews are ready for consumption - I'll post a shout out when the date nears.
