Come one! Come all to the second Maltose Falcons meeting of 2014! Starting at noon, we'll be up to our usual tricks with a special Grand Hydro presentation and then off into business and lots of homebrew. This month we have two special features:
- The 40th Anniversary Baltic Porter Tasteoff: We'll be tasting everyone's Baltic Porter creations to determine a recipe to take to Eagle Rock for brewing! If you have a Baltic Porter, bring it!
- The annual chili cookoff is back for at least it's 25th iteration! If you want to make chili for the meeting, just let Peter and Tiffany know (burgermeister@maltosefalcons.com). Rules are simple - make one crockpot full of chili and bring it to the club meeting. Prizes are awarded to the winners! Here's a previous example: Steve's Bastard of a Chili,
If you want to get close feedback on your beer, bring a bottle or two for the Troubleshooter's Corner. If you want to share with the club in general - bring a six pack, growler or keg!
