Join us at the KOA in Acton for another fun weekend campout. If you haven't gone before, the KOA has a nice grassy area for us to camp on, BBQ pits at 4 of the campsites for good old fashioned cooking, plenty of room for the band and dancing (Yes, the Band will play!), and a great pool to cool off in as needed. Come take the short 40 minute drive to hang out and enjoy a beer or two and the Pacific trail!
In addtion to camping out, sharing brews, rockin' and rollin', we also announce all of the winners for our annual Mayfaire homebrew competition, present the category medals and of course, the Best of Show winner.
Here's a rough itinerary for Saturday's party:
1pm: Arrival to campsites
2pm - 3pm: Band plays 1st set!
3:15ish: Mayfaire Competition winners announced & medals awarded
4pm-5pm: Band plays 2nd set!
6ish: Dinner!
Don't forget to bring your swim trunks - the pool is right next to our sites
To cover the cost of the facilities, camping and our dinner, the fee is $25.00 per person. There is no "day-use only" option - though Designated Drivers pay $10 (for your dinner). And just like SCHF this year, if you're bringing an RV there is an additional $10 fee. As is the case with almost all of our events, the campout is a private event, open only to members and their guests (maximum two guests per member). Also, you must pay your fees online only HERE - no fees will be accepted on site/at KOA.

When will the keg signups be posted? It's coming up pretty soon. Also, what is the possibility of coming up Friday afternoon? Even if we have to pay KOA for another night.

oh, my APA is a single hop, Experimental hop HBC 348 aka Ron Mexico.
I'll be bringing a keg of my Bob's Citrus Splash DIPA.
I guess this is good as any place to post what I'm bringing- A Baltic Porter infused with coffee beans, a Winter Warmer with some spices (toned down) and a Pomagranate Mead that will promise to put u under the table. Well maybe not Ed- it takes a lot to distract him! Looking forward to a great fest!
