I'm new to Maltose Falcons and have been devouring (so to speak) what I've found here. I read that the 101 class is on a Tuesday evening. I have a class this Fall every Tuesday until December and wasn't sure if there were other opportunities to observe brewers at work. I know it wouldn't be a class, but I'd like to observe the process. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
