Hey guys
I'll be kegging for the first time this week, so I'm just getting my kegging system together. I have 5 gals of the "Best Bitter" shop brew and also 5 gals of a "Robust Red Ale". I have one 10 lb. CO2 tank and Tap-Rite dual gage /single body regulator. The Bitter needs a CO2 level of 1.5-2.25 volumes and the Red Ale needs about 2.5 volumes. I will be be carbonating them both in the same refrigerator at the same time, but I only have one regulator body for two different volume beers. How can I do this and make them both available for consumption. Do I bring them both initially to there pre determined level, disconnect and then reconnect as used? I'm not quite sure about the characteristics of CO2 yet... Please help. I have about a week before I keg!
Thanks

hey kevin you are welcome to take a walk up the street and take a look at my set-up, or ill walk down if you like...keg carbonating is quick and simple once you do it once or twice.
Hey Skip
Thanks for the offer. I think I'll take you up on that. Let me know when you have some free time and I would like to see your setup and pick your brain a little. It might be easier to email me at kevball@mac.com or if your on facebook, communicate from there.
Thanks and we'll talk soon.
