Russian Imperial Stout

 Hey Guys

Need a little help here! I have been fermenting a Russian Imperial Stout (my first) for about four weeks and have only gotten the gravity down to about 1.040. I started at 1.100. Does it just need more time in the fermenter, or does it need another yeast pitch?

 Any thoughts?

Kev, we'll probably need more details, but if you want to get started - rehydrate some US-05 with some GoFerm and when its good and foamy let her rip. If its a fermentation problem that should probably do the trick.

Kevin, I'm disappointed in you.  Have you tried yelling at it?
