The September shop brew spots have been filled. The style of this months brew is an English best bitter. Think Fuller's London Pride. I will be leading up the brew crew for this beer. Ten gallons of this beer will be reserved for the Falcons 35th anniversary party as well.

Brew crew members please be at the shop at 8:00 on this day. Bring a clean, sanitized fermenter and airlock for your portion of the wort.
Anyone who is interested in observing the all grain brewing process is welcome to come on by to hang out and party with the crew. Of course beer and snacks are welcome!

This is a reminder for all brew crew members that the shop brew is this Sunday, the 20th at 8:00 am at the Home Beer Wine and Cheese Making Shop.

Please bring a clean, sanitized fermenter and airlock to the brew session. Cost of each portion will be determined by the cost of ingredients, minus discounts, and divided equally among the crew. Ten gallons are being reserved for the 35th anniversary party and will be purchased by the club.
