need help getting malts...

greetings homebrewers,

I came across one of your members recipes and would like to make it. It sounds outstanding and my wife loves a rich porter. the recipe is Zack's and is in the beer recipe list - bar, bean & brew coffee porter.

i don't know exactly what these ingridients are or where i can get them.

Sorry for the slow reply.. I'm not Zack, but all of those malts are available at the Home Beer Wine Cheesemaking Shop in woodland hills..

 

Otherwisethe maltsers involved (whic h should help you track them down)

German = Weyermann (incidentally, I'm guessing the German Chocolate is the Weyermann Carafa II Special - it's dehusked and smooth)

Belgian = Dingemans

Scottish  = Hugh Bairds
