I had a few people request I post the recipe from the beer I brought to the Club meeting on December 5th. Thanks for the compliment and request.

A few notes on this recipe. I produced this beer using a 10 gallon round igloo cooler for a mash tun. My yeast starter was pulled from a Mild. I used about a liter of the yeast. 

Sorry  it looks a little disheveled. I did a cut and paste out of BeerSmith. I attached a PDF, if anybody wants the Beersmith file,just shoot me an email.
