I am a newbie to the Club and the hobby. I jumped right in and started with whole grain right from the start and I made a few mistakes and learned the hard way.
This is a great opportunity to learn the skills from a very helpful and knowledgeable person.
I highly recommend this class, and I also recommend learning the whole grain process. Unless you are restricted by space limitations, whole grain is the way to go.
