Saturday, May 20th, come join us at the KOA in Acton for another fun weekend campout! If you haven't gone before, the KOA has a nice grassy area for us to camp on, a sunny deck for lounging, a pool to cool off in right next to our sites, and a grill for burgerfrau Jenna to whip up some delicious camp grub. Come take the short 40 minute drive to hang out and enjoy a beer or two and the Pacific Crest Trail!
In addition to camping out and sharing brews, we also announce all of the winners for our annual Mayfaire homebrew competition, present the category medals and of course, the Best of Show winner.
Burgerfrau Jenna has announced the menu! Behold...
Afternoon Snack: Veggies, chips and dips
Dinner: baby back ribs, BBQ chicken, andouille sausage or grilled veggies (vegetarian).
Sides: veg. baked beans, macaroni salad, potato salad, green salad and corn bread.
Dessert: peach, and maybe berry, cobbler
Breakfast: overnight oats with fruit toppings
To cover the cost of the facilities, camping and dinner, the fee is $25.00 per person. There is no "day-use only" option - though Designated Drivers pay $10 (for dinner). And just like SCHF this year, if you're bringing an RV there is an additional $10 fee. As is the case with almost all of our events, the campout is a private event, open only to members and their guests (maximum two guests per member).
You must pay your fees online HERE - no fees will be accepted on site/at KOA.
RV Campers: Please remember to pay your additional RV fee HERE
Need a Designated Driver Ticket for the Most Helpful Person in Your Life? The only fee necessary for DDs is HERE

I'm bringing 2 kegs. "Goldie Brown" flew under the radar at SCHF, so my Belgian pale with cacao and cardamom comes to Mayfaire. Also a dark mild.
I think I'll only have one to bring, the '16 Holiday ale, which is basically a mid-gravity brown.
1/2 a keg (maybe 3gal) of Kolsch and a few 750ml bottles of Belgian Dubbel (that medaled in the Mayfaire competion)
I'll be bringing a keg of an imperial brown / old ale thingy.
I'll be bringing a keg of Saison Eté.
2 kegs: a California common and a Biere de Garde
Maybe a couple bottles of mead

I'll be bringing 3 kegs, Left from SCHF
