I talked to David this morning and we are good to go- 6:AM start to be done by about noon when they open. They now serve panini's and pizza stuff about noon. Limited to about 20 people. Very limited amount of wort available TBD on brew day. Target gravity for this brew is 1070. Sign up here or on FB so we know your coming.
Also there is usually street parking around the brewery at that hour.
