Mashing Instructions: 

Mash In 128 F 30 minutes Infusion 7.5 Gallons
Sacc Rest 156 F 60 minutes Direct

Hops: 

1.25 oz Tettnanger Tettnang Plug 5.3% AA First Wort Hops
2.50 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh Pellet 4.0% AA 40 minutes
1.25 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh Pellet 4.0% AA 20 minutes

Wyeast 2308 Munich Lager

Target Release Date: 6/00
Color is not as red as I think a Marzen should be. Next time it might make do to up the Cyrstal or Munich (substituting a portion of Munich Dark)
