This recipe is from Kale Bittner. His original batch was 5 gallons.
Shortly after tasting it during a meeting, I got a used bourbon barrel, and felt his recipe would be a perfect fit. So I gathered a bunch of Falcons, including Kale, and we scaled his recipe to fit the club's system (40 gallons output).
