Mash in at 124F for 30 minutes
Raise to 154F for 60 minutes

1.75 oz Styrian Goldings Pellet 4.0% AA 60 minutes
1.50 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh Pellet 3.8% AA 15 minutes
0.50 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker Whole 2.3% AA 2 minutes

Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager

No-Sparge Batch. First runnings only into boil kettle.
Candi Sugar added for last 60 minutes of boil
